Meet The Team

Luke Wood - Editor
Has been skulking around the PF offices for years waiting for a chance to steal the hot seat and now he’s finally in it, the power has gone to his head.
First experience of a performance Ford was getting a 125mph lift to school in a mate’s dad’s Sierra Cosworth and he’s wanted one ever since.
Used to race a Fiesta XR2 with mixed success i.e he crashed out of more races than he won and has suffered from delusions of grandeur ever since.
Ford is never going to offer you a Works touring car drive, Luke. Stop dreaming.

Alex Robbins - Features Editor
One of Al’s earliest memories was, at three years old, being taken to Falmouth for the weekend in a then-brand-new three-door Cosworth. It seemed like the fastest thing in the world, and it left something of a mark. Since then, Al’s had a childish enthusiasm for anything with a blue oval on the front of it, despite having a mental age which, we suspect, is somewhere in the region of 48.
His favourite part of the job is meeting like-minded Ford enthusiasts, and of course, getting to see some amazing cars up close and personal.
Today he drives ‘Project Catch My Drift’, an early Mk2 Sierra, which is slowly but surely being turned into a drift- and track-oriented sleeper, and ‘Project EuroCruiser’, a Mondeo ST24 being transformed into a machine which can take on the roads and tracks of our continental brethren.
